Chris Cleveland began his Real Estate financing career in the Residential home lending field in 2003 with East West Mortgage, a nationwide direct mortgage lending company. Mr. Cleveland originated primary residential home loans and served the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia primary residential consumer market. Despite the Lehman Brothers financial collapse of 2007/2008, Mr. Cleveland saw an opportunity in Commercial Real Estate financing trends and started his own affiliate commercial real estate financing business in 2008 as Commercial Capital Ltd. providing commercial real estate mortgage advisory services nationwide to businesses, investor, and owner-occupied property Clientele. In 2015, Mr. Cleveland merged with Cressida Capital to provide a more diverse and strategic blend of capital decks.

Mr. Cleveland earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Georgetown University and Certificate of Organizational Business Management at University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.

Mr. Cleveland also served in the United States Navy for 10 Years in the Fire Control Ordnance field obtaining Basic Electricity & Electronics & Missile Fire Control Computer education, training, and Certifications.
